These guidelines explain how we create, review, update, and present content across our public magazine pages and AI hairstyle tools.

Sourcing

When we write hairstyle content, we prioritize practical sources: stylist knowledge, real haircut and color terminology, visible image references, trusted beauty education, and user feedback from the product. We avoid vague claims and try to describe styles in a way a user can actually bring to a stylist or barber.

If an article includes a technical hair-care claim, product claim, or safety-related statement, it should be based on reliable information and written carefully. Next Hair is not a medical or dermatology service, so we do not present medical advice as editorial guidance.

Fact-Checking

Before publishing or updating content, we check that hairstyle names, categories, summaries, and image references match the actual topic. If a post is about short hair, pixie cuts, bobs, gray color, or men's haircuts, the visible images and category labels should support that promise.

For AI-related product content, we keep claims realistic. AI previews are decision-support visuals, not guarantees of how a real salon service will turn out. We avoid presenting generated results as professional salon outcomes.

Editors and Writers Ethics Code

Our writing should stay useful, transparent, and independent from misleading promotional language. We do not want articles that trick users with exaggerated claims, fake expertise, or hidden sales pressure.

AI-generated images and user AI results should be presented honestly. We do not claim that an AI preview is a real salon photo, and we keep user-uploaded selfies separate from public editorial assets unless the user has explicitly allowed public use.
