These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Next Hair, including our public hairstyle articles, category pages, account area, AI hairstyle try-on flow, gallery, credit features, contact forms, and related services.

By accessing the website, creating an account, uploading a selfie, generating AI hairstyle previews, purchasing credits, or contacting us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the website and account features.

Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal data, selfies, generated images, account information, and support messages. Our Cookie Policy explains how cookies are used.

About us

Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Notice, Cookie Policy, and any product-specific notices shown during account, payment, or AI try-on flows, form the agreement between you and Next Hair.

You confirm that you are at least 16 years old to use the general website, or that you have any permission and supervision required by law. The AI hairstyle try-on is available only to people who are at least 18 years old.

Website use

What we publish

Next Hair publishes hairstyle inspiration, haircut and color articles, visual references, AI try-on tools, gallery tools, and product flows designed to help users explore hair decisions.

Public content is informational only. It is not professional medical, dermatological, legal, financial, or salon advice. If you need professional advice about hair health, chemical treatments, allergies, scalp conditions, or a major style change, consult a qualified professional.

You agree not to use the website to attack, scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, bypass payments, abuse credits, upload unlawful content, submit misleading data, impersonate others, or violate another person's rights.

Purchases and payment status

If Paddle approves and Next Hair activates checkout, Paddle will act as the authorised reseller and Merchant of Record for Paddle transactions. The buyer purchases through Paddle under the applicable Paddle Buyer Terms and Paddle Refund Policy, while Next Hair remains responsible for providing the digital product, technical support, and the promised AI usage units or results.

Checkout will show the final price, currency, applicable taxes, product quantity, and one-time nature of the purchase before payment. A browser success message is not proof of fulfillment: AI usage units or paid results are delivered only after the server verifies and records the provider's completed transaction.

Purchased account AI usage units do not silently expire while the account remains active. One standard account output currently uses two units. These units are service-metering entries usable only for eligible Next Hair AI actions. They have no cash value; cannot be transferred, redeemed, withdrawn, gifted, resold, exchanged, or used with third parties; and are not currency, cryptocurrency, stored-value cards, or a payment instrument. The guest offer provides exactly ten generated results and no account or bonus units. Refund and technical-failure handling is explained in the Refund Policy.

AI Selfie Rules

You may upload only a current image of yourself and may use the AI hairstyle try-on only for personal hairstyle visualization. By confirming the notice in the generation flow, you state that you are the identifiable person in the image, are at least 18 years old, and consent to AI processing of your likeness for the requested hairstyle preview.

You must not upload or process another person's image, even if you believe you have their permission. Images of public figures, celebrities, minors, or people who cannot provide informed consent are not permitted. You must not use the service for face swapping, deepfakes, impersonation, identity alteration, deception, harassment, sexual or violent content, surveillance, fraud, or any unlawful or rights-infringing purpose. We may block generation, suspend accounts, remove content, and preserve necessary security records when we reasonably suspect a violation.

Terms for contributors

If you contribute articles, photos, comments, feedback, prompts, style ideas, or other materials to Next Hair, you must have the right to provide them. We may review, edit, reject, remove, or request changes to contributor content before or after publication.

Contributor content should be accurate, respectful, original where required, and safe to publish. Do not submit content that violates copyright, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other third party rights.

Contributor relationships, if any, may be governed by separate written terms. These public Terms do not create employment, partnership, agency, or exclusive contributor status.

Third-party websites and services

Next Hair may link to or use third-party services, including AI providers, authentication providers, email delivery providers, payment providers, hosting, database, analytics, security, and external websites.

We are not responsible for third-party websites or services, their content, their availability, or actions they take under their own terms. When you use Google login, payment checkout, AI generation, or other integrated services, those services may process data under their own policies.

Content and intellectual property

The website, design, code, text, articles, category structure, graphics, interface, prompts, product flow, AI try-on experience, and other materials are owned by Next Hair or made available with permission, license, or applicable rights.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the website as provided by these Terms. You may not sell, lease, sublicense, copy, decompile, reproduce, republish, scrape, train models on, or commercially exploit the website or content unless we give written permission.

You must not use Next Hair content or tools to create confusingly similar services, bypass credit systems, generate prohibited content, or infringe the rights of third parties.

Content of contributors

Contributor content includes materials submitted to us, including text, images, videos, prompts, comments, feedback, style suggestions, and related files. By submitting content, you grant Next Hair a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, use, copy, edit, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise use the submitted content for website, product, marketing, support, moderation, and operational purposes.

You represent that submitted content is lawful, accurate where factual, does not violate privacy or intellectual property rights, and does not contain malicious code, misleading claims, or prohibited material.

Do not submit private selfies, client photos, or third-party images for public use unless you have the required permission from everyone whose rights may be affected.

Your feedback

We appreciate feedback about the website, AI result quality, style selections, gallery tools, payments, credits, and overall user experience. If you send feedback, you allow us to use it to improve, promote, and develop Next Hair without owing compensation.

Feedback may be used in product decisions, bug fixes, UI improvements, prompt improvements, marketing language, internal planning, and customer support. We will not intentionally publish your private account data or private photos as feedback without permission.

DMCA takedowns policy

DMCA notice requirements

If you believe content on Next Hair infringes your copyright, please send a notice through our contact page with the following information:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• Identification of the material you want removed, including the exact URL if available.
• Your contact information, including name and email address.
• A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, agent, or law.
• A statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the owner.

DMCA notice processing

We may review the notice, remove or disable access to content, contact the uploader, preserve relevant records, or request additional information. We may reject incomplete, abusive, or inaccurate notices.

Submitting counter-notice

If you believe content was removed because of a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice through the contact page with your signature, identification of the removed content, a statement of good faith, contact information, and any legally required consent to jurisdiction or service of process.

Further steps

After receiving a valid counter-notice, we may forward it to the original complainant and may restore content if legally appropriate. We reserve the right to handle copyright claims in a way that protects the website, users, contributors, and rights holders.

Warranties and disclaimers

Next Hair does not guarantee that public content is complete, current, accurate for your individual situation, or suitable for a specific salon, hair type, face shape, chemical process, or personal preference.

AI outputs may vary by photo quality, lighting, angle, hair condition, selected style, provider behavior, model limitations, and prompt interpretation. Use AI results as inspiration and decision support, not as a guarantee.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, and perfect accuracy.

Limitation of liability

Our liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Next Hair and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost credits caused by abuse, business interruption, or dissatisfaction with hairstyle results.

We are not responsible for salon decisions, haircut outcomes, color results, allergic reactions, user-submitted content, third-party services, external links, provider outages, or losses caused by your device, network, account security, or unauthorized sharing of login details.

Your liability

You are responsible for your use of the website, the content you upload, the photos you provide, the accuracy of information you submit, the security of your account, and your compliance with these Terms.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Next Hair, its owners, team members, service providers, affiliates, and partners from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the website, misuse of AI tools, unlawful uploads, infringement of rights, fraud, or violation of applicable law.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Next Hair operator, Mert EFE, in Türkiye, without excluding mandatory consumer protections that apply in the user's country. Disputes are handled by the courts or consumer authorities that have jurisdiction under applicable procedural and consumer law. Formal notices may be sent through the monitored contact listed below; identity and address evidence is provided privately to Paddle and competent authorities when lawfully required.

If a dispute arises, you agree to contact us first and attempt to resolve the issue in good faith. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited. For a Paddle transaction, Paddle's Buyer Terms, Refund Policy, and applicable country-specific provisions also apply.

Electronic communications

By using Next Hair and providing contact information, you agree that we may send electronic communications related to your account, password reset requests, support messages, AI results, credit purchases, product updates, service changes, privacy notices, and these Terms.

Some emails are transactional and necessary to operate the service. Optional marketing emails, if added later, should include appropriate unsubscribe controls.

Termination

Termination by us

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the website, account area, AI tools, uploaded files, gallery results, credits, or public content if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for users, abused the system, infringed rights, attempted fraud, bypassed payments, or caused operational or legal harm.

We may cooperate with service providers, payment providers, law enforcement, regulators, or rights holders when investigating suspected misuse, fraud, copyright infringement, or security incidents.

Termination by you

You may stop using Next Hair at any time. If you have an account, you may use available account deletion tools or contact us to request deletion of account data and saved AI results, subject to lawful retention requirements.

If your access ends, licenses granted to you under these Terms end immediately, but sections that by their nature should survive will remain in effect, including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, payment records, and dispute-related provisions.
